Self-Contained Accommodation
Two fully self contained holiday units. Situated on a 250 acre farm overlooking a lagoon with an abundance of birds and wildlife.
Our 2 bedroom cabins are located 20kms West of Vivonne Bay Store on the right side of the South Coast Rd. Only 5 mins away from the magical Kelly Hill Caves. Come and enjoy lazy days in these two beautifully appointed cabins. Relax on the deck listening to the harmonic sounds of the frog choir whilst spotting the occasional echidna waddle around and local goannas visiting. In the evening as the sun sets on the horizon the Tammar Wallabies begin to appear and our unique KI Kangaroos. You can watch them graze and hop around or look up at the truly amazing star lit night sky. You wont believe how many are visible out here away from the city lights!
Along with the native fauna we have an abundance of native flora on the property. The cabins overlook native heritage bushland and two winter lagoons. The Stun Sail Boom river is another gem on our 250 acrs with huge Eucalypts on the banks that the koalas just love. It’s a tranquil picturesque area thats also great for bird watching.
Our Bush Getaway is close to Flinders Chase National Park where you must visit Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks and the Platypus Walk. There are so many great walks/hikes here and a great cafe too. Hanson Bay is only 15mins away and Vivonne Bay 20mins where you can hire sandboards and toboggans from the General Store for hours of fun at Little Sahara. Cabin 1 = $140 per night x 2p and $22 each extra (can sleep 6) Cabin 2 = $170 per night x 2p and $22 each extra (can sleep 5) 1 night only incurs $22 surcharge These prices are AU and include all linen.

Nov 09 – For the price we paid we expected a good standard of accommodation and what we got was excellent. We really appreciated all the luxurious extras – heated lighting in the bathroom, complimentary shampoo/conditioners/tea,coffee,milk,facewashers,ice already in the freezer! It was all brilliant. Thanks very much Ben and Sindy. You can tell you haven’t cut any corners in creating a lovely place for visitors to stay.

06.09. Very beautiful cabin, views and wildlife so close made a great holiday. Was a great place to celebrate our anniversary with moonlit walks through the bush, wallabies watching and enjoyed the spa very much
