Quad Tours

Here at Bush Getaway Adventures, we are offering guided quad bike tours through 250acres of unique scenic bushland. Our day tours see you weave your way through native grass trees and huge Eucalyptus trees spotting koalas, echidnas, Rosenberg’s goannas (KI’s largest native predator) and beautiful native and endangered birds.

This landscape is so diverse with lagoons, native heritage scrub, open paddocks and the Stun Sail Boom River flowing through. Our very popular dusk tours begin 1hr before dark and see you ride into the night to spotlight Kangaroo Island Kangaroos that are like no other Kangaroo in Australia, Tammar Wallabies which are most active after dusk and possums as they come out to feed up close on the bikes. You can also enjoy our amazing melting sunsets and full moon risings depending on weather conditions.

All tours include our bonus marron/yabby catching and all of our bikes are fully automatic so no experience necessary. Our reliable well maintained bikes range from 50cc’s to 500cc’s – a great selection for the beginner to the experienced rider. We can cater for anyone over the age of 6yrs with no experience. Your guide Ben has over 30 years extensive riding experience so you are in very safe hands! Our 1 ½ hr day tour (1hr on bike) is $70pp and our 2hr dusk tour (1 ¾ hr on bike) is $90pp. You will need fully enclosed shoes, wet weather gear (seasonal) and your camera!. We supply you with helmets, goggles and gloves.
